3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through Scent Opulence are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be received in full prior to shipment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale intent

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Scent Opulence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns are by pre-approval only and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Opened, unsealed, used, or tampered items are non-returnable

  • Items must be in original, sealed, unopened packaging to be eligible for return

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
